1981 - 1985	Organised many empowering events and activities and established advice and guidance provision.
1986	Sturton Street premises secured.
1988	Established interpreting service for women.
1988	Completed study to determine training needs for Asian woman wanting to access employment.
1992	Began delivering vocational advice and training service.
1994	Elderly and disabled needs study carried out.
1994	Completed programme to examine the needs of young Asian women.
1995	Agreed franchise arrangements with local further education college for training provisions.
1996	Began elderly care programme.
1999	Formed working consortium with other women's groups.
1999	Secured Radford Road premises for consortium use.
2000	Set up 'Sixth Form College' provision for girls.
2000	Began support programme for school non-attendees.
2000	Led preparation on stage 1 proposal for a healthy living centre.
2000	Began community radio programmes.
2000	Launched community radio programmes.
2000	Launched day nursery for Asian children.
2001	Started Access to Nursing Project.
2001	Umeed cancer support project.
2002	Started Connecting Communities Capacity Building Project.
2003	Opening of the healthy living centre.
2004	Neighbourhood nursery.
